Offered super breakfast!
The place was overall clean, I booked the queen room with street views, everything was amazing. It had a peaceful location just off the railway station, the centre, and the Cologne nightlife. Altstadt-Nord district was worth staying in.

I recently stayed at Hotel Im Kupferkessel for a few nights during my visit to Cologne. The hotel's location was perfect for exploring the city, with shops, the U-bahn, and the city center just a short walk away. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, even waiting for us despite our delayed flight. The breakfast room had a unique charm and the breakfast itself was delicious and plentiful. I was pleasantly surprised to find that the hotel changed the towels and sheets daily, ensuring excellent cleanliness. And although there is no elevator, it added to the charm of the hotel and wasn't a problem for us since we had only hand luggage. I highly recommend this hotel without hesitation!
Can recommend this hotel.

The hotel's location was perfect for tourists, with a short 10-15 minute walk to the city center and cathedral. The staff at the hotel were friendly, attentive, and even went above and beyond to ensure we were well-fed. The room was spotlessly clean each day, and the view from the top floor overlooking the street was lovely. Additionally, the hotel is conveniently located near public transport links, making it easy to explore the area. I had a wonderful experience at Hotel Im Kupferkessel.
Couldn't recommend this hotel more.

The room was spotlessly clean and well-designed, with a lovely new bathroom. The breakfast platter, with meats, cheeses, and breads, was a nice touch. The hotel's location, about a 15-20 minute walk from the main attractions, was perfect for me as it provided a quiet getaway from the crowds.
There was no air conditioning in the rooms, but thankfully the room stayed fairly cool despite the hot weather. Another downside was the lack of a safe in the room.
